"I was hoping the packaging would be..."
I was hoping the packaging would be more discreet, so I felt a little disappointed when it showed up. The box looked obvious to me, which made the whole delivery feel less private than I expected

"Support was helpful, I think"
I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day, which wasn’t exactly super fast, but that’s still fairly reasonable, right? The reply was helpful and they managed to get everything sorted out for me. Overall, good experience, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Actually lasts, which feels rare now"
I’ve been using this for a few months now and it’s still working just fine. it’s nice to buy something that isn’t cheaply made or basically meant to fall apart after a few uses. No complaints from me.

"Good enough, but noisier than I hoped"
I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I was kind of torn on this one. It works fine and does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s definitely louder than I expected. Not unbearable or anything, but loud enough that I’d feel bad using it if someone was sleeping or working in the next room. For the price, I can’t complain too much, but I do wish it was quieter.

"Cleaning is alright, I guess"
It’s not really hard to clean, but it does take a bit of time. I’m not sure if it’s just how I’m doing it or what, but overall it’s okay.

"Pretty disappointing, honestly"
I really wanted this to be better, but it just didn’t do much for me. For the price, I expected a little more strength or at least a noticeable result. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but the product itself just didn’t feel worth it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it was a letdown.

"A bit confusing to get around"
The site felt a little confusing to me. I had a hard time finding what I needed quickly, and I’m the kind of person who likes to be sure I’m clicking the right thing before going too far. It wasn’t terrible, just not as easy to navigate as I hoped.

"I picked this up as a gift, kind..."
I picked this up as a gift, kind of one of those “oh, this seems like her” moments, and thankfully it arrived with no issues. She opened it and immediately said it was cute, so that was a win. Not much else to say really, except it did the job and made a nice little present

"Stopped working after two days"
I was hoping this would at least do the basic job, but it felt weak right out of the box and completely quit after just two days. It’s frustrating because every time I tried to give it another chance, it felt like the goalposts kept moving, first I just wanted it to work well, then I was just hoping it would work at all. "The site was frustrating"
I tried using the site and, based on how it kept acting, I’m assuming it just doesn’t handle traffic or checkout very well. Pages were loading really slowly, and the checkout kept glitching on me, which made the whole thing kind of annoying.

"Shipping took longer than I remember being okay with"
I just remember the shipping feeling way slower than it should’ve been. I kept checking the tracking, and for days it seemed like nothing was really moving, which made the whole order feel frustrating.
By the time it finally got delivered, I was already annoyed. The product might be fine, but looking back, the wait is what sticks with me most, and I don’t think I’d order again because of it.

"A bit awkward to use as a couple"
My partner and I tried lovecrave.com thinking it would be a fun thing to use together, but it got a little clunky fast. We’d click into something and then—wait, where was that other option?, we kept having to backtrack just to figure out what we were doing.

It’s not terrible or anything, and I can see it being fine if you’re using it solo. But as a couple, it didn’t really flow. Sharing choices, browsing together, all of that felt more awkward than easy, and by the end we were more mildly annoyed than entertained.

"Really disappointed with the return process"
I tried to exchange an item, but the whole process ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I still had to pay to ship it back. It took forever just to get a straight answer. i’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Felt cheap and didn’t hold up"
I should’ve paid closer attention before buying this, because the quality was a letdown. As soon as I took it out of the package, the material felt thin and kind of cheap, definitely not what I expected for the price. After only a little use, it already started looking worn out. Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but I’m blaming lovecrave a bit here too because this really didn’t feel worth the money. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Charging was kinda annoying tbh"
The product itself is okay, but the charging was a bit of a pain tbh. The cable feels cheap and it didn’t always connect right away, so I had to keep wiggling it around to get it working. It also took longer to charge than I expected, which was annoying. Not the worst thing ever, but for the price I def thought it would be smoother. Giving it 2 stars since it still works.
